CHICAGO, October 25, 2006 - - The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) is organizing a USA Pavilion for the 2007 Dubai International Boat Show, taking place March 13-17, 2007 at the Dubai International Marine Club in Mina Seyahi.

More than 250 exhibitors will be on hand for the 14th annual event, showcasing the latest in recreational marine vessels, equipment and accessories from both local and international manufacturers. In addition to the USA Pavilion, several other countries host similar displays during the Dubai show, including the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Australia and New Zealand.

A tremendous growth in both local and international exhibitors combined with an increased number of high profile visitors has transformed the show into one of the region’s most significant events of its kind. Approximately 25,000 people attend the show annually, which has quickly become the Middle East’s largest marine industry exhibition.

“Dubai is one of the most rapidly-expanding markets in the worldwide recreational marine industry,” says NMMA president Thom Dammrich. “US companies should take advantage of this unique growth opportunity and participate in NMMA’s USA Pavilion during the 2007 event.”
