40' Caliber

http://www.yachtworld.com/edwardsyachtsales/

Accommodations Starting forward we find the master head and shower with the shower being separate and to port with its own seat. The head and sink to starboard is very large. Moving aft from the head brings us into the master stateroom which has a Pullman-style double berth to port while to starboard is a sit-down vanity as well as two large hanging lockers forward of the vanity. Moving aft into the salon we find a large, comfortable L-shaped settee to port with a teak dining table that folds up flat against the forward bulkhead when not in use, adding to the spaciousness of the salon. The table folds down into the "L" of the settee and then folds open again into a very large table, allowing the starboard full-length settee to be used for dining as well. Outboard of each settee is shelf storage as well as storage below and behind the settees. Moving aft on the starboard side we find the second head and shower, which is a good size and has access from the main salon as well as the aft cabin. Aft of the head is the second cabin with a full-sized double bed, a large hanging locker forward of the bed and more storage below. On the port side, aft of the settee is the L-shaped galley that has the double stainless steel sinks facing forward. Next to the sink is a counter top work surface followed by the top opening refrigeration, which lies outboard, and then aft by the propane stove and oven. There are storage cabinets below the sinks and above the counter top. Aft of the galley on the port side is the navigation station which has a comfortable cushioned seat and chart table. The interior is beautifully finished in satin-varnished teak, with teak and holly sole. There is abundant built-in storage as well as 7 overhead hatches and 14 side ports for excellent ventilation and natural light throughout. Additionally, the port settee can make a third double berth. There are cabin fans throughout. Carabbean Star was hauled out for new bottom paint and hull polishing June 2006. The interior is in beautiful condition with a major updating in 2005 including new Nautica upholstery, pillows, chrome light fixtures, hardware, and many additional upgrades. Caribbean Star has been lovingly cared for by a private cruising couple. She has never been in charter and has had the best of care. 40' Norseman Catamran

http://www.yachtworld.com/edwardsyachtsales/

Accommodations This Norseman Catamaran comes with the 4 cabin - 2 Head layout that is "purrfect" for you and your family! Each stateroom has a queen size berth, opening hatches, hanging lockers, storage cabinets fans and lights. There is twin steps into each hull and access to the heads from forward or, aft and not layed out that you have to pass thru the head to reach the staterooms as on other catamaran designs. The main salon and galley are up on the bridge deck with the aft facing navigation station directly in front of the helm. The beam of this catamaran is quite generous providing plenty of interior volume and living space normally found on much bigger cats. U shape dinette seating for 8 with galley to port right in the action. Large sliding glass door for access to the cockpit with plenty of seating and a fixed table for outdoor dining. 6'-2" Headroom in each hull Updated interior with new upholstery and curtains New Teak & Holly Flooring Central Heat System Galley This lavish galley-up layout could be the envy of all boats in the size range. From the perspective of galley and salon layout, you can really see where that enormous beam makes its best use. The galley features a comfortable three burner stove with oven. By comfortable I mean easy to use with well-placed controls and a sufficiently large surface to actually accommodate three burners so that normal size pots will fit on them. The cavernous refrigerator and separate freezer are located on the opposite side of the "U" shape, thus keeping those items away from the stove. The double sink is also located on that side. The "U" shape is interrupted by the entrance to the stair leading to the port side forward cabin. 3 Burner Propane Stove w/Oven Double S/S Sink Top Opening Chest Fridge & Freezer Microwave Oven New US Marine Propane System w/(2) Tanks and solenoid Electronics Furuno GPS B&G Autopilot ICOM 710 SSB Radio w/Sailmail & Auto Antenna Tuner Jensen Stereo Electrical (2005)Entire vessel was re-wired to US Voltage 110V GFCI (8)AGM House Batteries (4)Solar Panels Wind Generator Xantrex 2500 Watt Inverter w/Link 2000 Monitor Deck and Hull Equipment The boat has low aspect ratio fin keels. The keels are sectioned off into tanks to create a useful safety factor in the event of a catastrophic grounding. The two tanks are physically well separated, one being empty for buoyancy and the other is the ship's holding tank...a clever arrangement. This is one of the very few boats where the bilge pumps are mounted in recessed sumps so you can actually pump the bilges dry if required. The boat also has skeg-mounted rudders, which is much prefer over the more common spade rudder, especially for a cruising boat. The wide beam allows plenty of deck and trampoline area for sunning while at the same time adding to stability and comfort. The broad swimming platform and swim ladder allow easy access to the water. Engine Dual Raycor Fuel Filters Sailing Equipment Mainsail was replaced in 2005 that included Doyle Stak Pak Sail Cradle & Lazy Jacks Roller Furling Genoa Spare Jib Spnnaker Harken Batcar system on Mainsail New Hatch & Salon Window Covers Brokers Comments The present owners actually purchased this Norseman Catamaran in the summer of 2004 and I was their broker. They were looking for an affordable, safe and large enough vessel to do some extended cruising as a family. This custom designed catamaran, was built, and named by renowned yacht-designer Alexander Simonis for his own father. Robertson and Caines, South African creator of the Leopard/Moorings catamarans, built this project and the subsequent Norseman line, and the prototype design - the Simonis insignia copied throughout the catamaran world - became the standard for all catamarans to meet. Voyage bought out the Simonis molds and sells similar models for over $500K. Simonis' father sailed from South Africa to the Netherlands; the second owner sailed the North Sea and down to the Caribbean; and the current owners who have barely tested her limits, used her as their home and hearth and Bahamas fun-platform for several years. She was always loved and has never been under charter.

41' Hans Christian

http://www.yachtworld.com/edwardsyachtsales/

Accommodations The interior of this Han Christian is truly a 10 out of 10. Her teak and holly floors, marble counters, brass accoutrements, and marvelous joinerwork are all in showroom condition. She has new Sunbrella upholstery fitted throughout. I could not find a scratch or flaw anywhere. She has her roomy head in the forepeak with Raritan II electric toilet, marble top vanity and tiled separate stand up shower. Moving aft is the famous HC Pullman berth to port with storage under and hanging lockers to starboard. Privacy doors separate the forward cabin from the head and the salon. The voluminous main cabin features a u-shaped dining settee with gorgeous teak table to port and a fore and aft settee to starboard. Both settees feature storage behind and under and beautiful cabinetry outboard. Further aft is the gourmet galley to port with marble counters and gleaming fixtures. Opposite is the forward facing nav station with swingout seat and large chart surface. Aft of the nav station is a 7' secure quarterberth with CARD unit mounted overhead. To port is the separate walk-in workshop with bench mounted vise, ample work surface, storage bins and lockers for tools and spares. You must see this space to appreciate it. No hammering on the dining table or tools rusting in the bilge on this vessel! Galley Marble countertops and teak cabinetry throughout Separate individually controlled fridge and freezer compartments with BEERS Technicold 1/2 HP refrigeration unit (2005) Recondition Gas Systems Inc. gimballed propane stove and oven Village Marine Tec LWM-150 watermaker. Seaward, 6 gal, 1500watt hot water heater H & C pressure water Brass hand pump Deep stainless steel sink Microwave oven Electronics B&G Hornet and Harrier System with nav station and cockpit displays. Cetec Benmar autopilot mechanical drive unit coupled to an accu-course 220 computer board and electronic compass updated for NMEA compatibility ,returned to manufacturer in 2007 for inspection/service Raytheon R10X radar mounted on a swivel for nav station or cockpit observation. ICOM 604 transceiver which is vhf, ssb, ham, navtex, am/fm, modified to allow expanded ham frequency coverage. The unit is coupled to a matching antenna tuner and a large Guest grounding plate for optimal transmission, easily sends ham signals 5000+ miles. Separate emergency antennas for each ham bandwidth in the event of failure of the backstay antenna. Two handheld transceivers for vhf and aircraft distress frequencies Garmin 76 handheld GPS (3 units on board!) Collision Avoidance Radar Detector (CARD) Electrical Kohler 6KW Gen-Set(Rebuilt unit installed 2003) Air-X wind turbine generator [2005], second generation model with increased output and quieter blades. Mounted on a specially built stainless mast and provides 6 amps at about 15 knots. Heart Freedom 20 charger inverter [which will support the 120v microwave on 12v power], Link 2000 controller, Ample Technology stray voltage eliminator and Zinc Saver II galvanic isolator Deck and Hull Equipment Underwater hull was scraped, filled, barrier-coated and painted in 2003. Fresh bottom job 2007 Decks were replaced in 2005 with Plasteek planking epoxied to the subdeck, eliminating 1200+ screws and providing cooler, non-slip decking, under the supervision of the Plasteek technical representative. A photo history of the work is available. GROUND TACKLE: two bowsprit mounted anchors: a 30kilo Delta and a large plow. The Delta is on all chain and the plow a chain/rope mixed rode. Incredible chain inventory on board. Anchorages in the South Pacific were typically 60 to 80 feet, requiring 400+ feet of chain. When anchoring in the Atlantic in 15-20 feet of water 200 feet of chain was removed and distributed through the boat on the centerline in canvas bags. This also proves useful for attaching 50 feet to the stern anchor when needed and makes a bag of chain available for the drogue, if needed. Tigres windlass installed 2003 Giant cockpit-accessed gear locker with easy entry to gen-set, autopilot, rudder, bilge pumps, etc., as well as extra fuel tankage aft Deck storage boxes on foredeck and P&S at mast Bimini and dodger All exterior brightwork in excellent condition. Mechanical & Engine Room Mercedes-Nanni Engine (5400 hours} Included in the spares kit is the original Mercedes shop manual (This is the same engine used in the famous MB 240D automobile.) New drive shaft 2003 Racor filters Tides Marine Dripless Sure Seal stuffing box with a circulating cooling water line drawn from the engine. 2 extra seals in special carriers mounted on shaft Marine Air Systems air conditioning/heat pump Webasco diesel hot air furnace with external venting and ductwork distribution. All freshwater and waste tanks have been replaced. Sails Mainsail by North Sails, new in Spring 2004. It is a fully battened, loose footed, heavy main with jiffy reefing. Additional deep reef installed by North. 120% genoa new in 1995 and received little use from 1995 until 2004. With the heavy duty adjustable cars on the sail track, sail shape can be maintained through a wide range of reef angles. Dacron anti-chafe strips have been added to the sail at strategic points. The trysail is a mate to the genoa and is equally “reefable.” The storm sail is like a “get home” engine on a power yacht. Made in 1995, it was new in the bag in 2004. It is flown on a dedicated, separate track on the mast next to the mainsail track, thus allowing rapid deployment in storm conditions. All sails professionally renovated after each long passage The cruising spinnaker is in excellent condition The spinnaker pole is carried vertically on the mast in its hardware and is well secured at both ends. Sayes Rig self-steering. This is the best design possible for the Hans Christian, utilizing a small stern-mounted sail driving a servo rudder which in turn drives the massive “barn door” rudder. There are no control lines or complicated rigging. A simple adjustment of the sail determines course. This unit runs faithfully, without electricity day after day in the trade winds. Safety Equipment Givens 6 man raft, the best available, not to be confused with inexpensive offshore models. After 10 years in the canister it inflated perfectly, the light went on, the stores were still good. Repacked in 2005. Safety harness and Jacklines Offshore medical kit 6’ drogue chute with fairleads and chain for bow deployment Manuals, specification sheet, manufacturer contact info and other data sheets have been compiled for every piece of gearto facilitate offshore repairs. Mercedes and Kohler shop manuals are kept for the engine and gen-set. Spare pumps, rebuild kits, hose clamps of every size, hull plugs for all thru-hulls, an extensive electrical supply and spares box, multiple spares for each drive belt, three boxes of sorted stainless nuts, bolts, screws and brass replacement screws, blocks, pulleys, cleats, hoses, strainer baskets, gas regulator, standing rigging and lines are all carried on board. This vessel is equipped to be totally self-sufficient in virtually any situation.

45' Roberts and Caine Leopard

http://www.yachtworld.com/edwardsyachtsales/

Overall design, construction, design awards and significant owner upgrades The Robertson-Caine 45, (also known as the Leopard 45 and/or Moorings 4500) is a very popular and award winning catamaran. In 1998 this innovative design by Alex Simonis, the excellent construction and immediate popularity of the boat launched Robertson-Caine into today being one of the largest catamaran manufacturers in the world. See the very favorable boat reviews written and published by Cruising World and Multi-Hull magazines on this boat. The primary virtues of the boat are roominess, straightforward systems layout and operation, good all around visibility from the helm and salon/galley, ease of handling under sail and power, certainly speed under power and sail, ease of anchoring, four private cabins with queen-sized berths, each with it's own private head & shower, and lastly a very people friendly layout which is just plain great for partying inside and out. This Robertson-Caine 45 has many desireable and expensive owner upgrades for cruising, all installed over the last 24 months. The significant standard features and some of the owner upgrades include: a large cockpit, a large intergral swim platform, overhead main traveler support, combination radar arch, dingy davit system, solar panel support frame, dual stern steps into the water, an easely traversed deck & innovative front steps over the forward windows, twin 50 HP Yanmar diesels, 860 sq ft mainsail and 604 sq ft genoa, mainsail lazy-jacks and stackpack, easily operated windlass and anchor, mainsheet is trimmable from port or starboard, main salon and galley with 360 degree visibility through well positioned, large deck-salon type windows. Significant and recent upgrades for serious cruising, (2005, 2006, 2007) include: redesign/build of the helm station, new Raymarine E120 & E80 radar and chart-plotters, new 1500 GPD watermaker, new Glacier Bay 12 vdc refrigerator/freezer, new mainsail, new stackpack and new genoa, custom SS stern arch/davit/solar power system, new hard bottom RIB inflatable, new 20 HP outboard, new bimini, new gyrocompass auto-pilot, new inverter charger, new Icom 802 ssb, antenna tuner and antenna, tons of paper and digital charts, new salon and cockpit cushions and numerous other items. Innovative and convenient steps enable one to simply walk from the forward deck to the coach roof. And they double as sun shades, keeping high angle direct sunlight out of the forward facing windows, helping to keep the interior cool. Moving about the cockpit, stepping down onto the stern platform and stepping down to access the engines or to reach the water is equally easy and safe. People can be in the cockpit, at the helm, on the stern platform or in the salon or galley and be able to see eachother and converse. The layout is excellent for parties or having people onboard for any occasion. Cockpit seating is also exceptional, offering comfortable seating for at least 10 people. Add in some fun activities, some music and some rum punch and you have the perfect setting for that late afternoon and into the evening party. There is a substantial standard fiberglass stern arch spanning the aft end of the cockpit from hull to hull. The mainsail traveler is mounted to the top of this arch well out of the way of people in the cockpit and yet easily accessible for adjusting the traveler position. Secured to the arch and running aft a few feet is a stainless steel framework which the present owners had installed to support a bank of three large 65 watt solar panels. The frame is securely mounted on the stern platform next to the hull steps. The inflatable sets conveniently and securely amidships on the stern platform. Ingress and egress to and from the water up either the port or starboard hull steps is easy and unempeded. The port hull steps also have an stainless steel swim ladder and a hot and cold pressure shower unit within easy reach. The layout, construction and finishing couldn't be better. Four large boze speakers can surround and envelope the entire deck and cockpit with sound. Two large speakers are mounted forward in the cockpit, and two more are mounted up forward under each of the two bow pulpit seats. The redesigned helm station has seating for two, and access to full instrumention and twin engine controls and guages. This is where the Raymarine E120 large combination radar/chart-plotter is located, as well as the Raymarine ST-7000 auto-pilot, wind, speed, and depth displays, VHF radio and ship's compass. All engine controls (dual morse), and al guages are within easy reach and view. The mainsheet winch and rope clutch is within easy reach, just ahead and to starboard. The helm position gives one a commanding view of the boats decks all the way around. 46' Cal 2-46

http://www.yachtworld.com/edwardsyachtsales/

General description The Cal 2-26 was designed by Bill Lapworth, a true legend in yachting circles. His first design was the Lapworth 24, which was designed and built in 1956. A teenager, Robin Lee Graham circumnavigated the world in a Cal 24 during the early 1960s. He wrote a very popular book about the adventure titled, "Dove". A full length film was made about the young man's extraordinary feat. Other well known Lapworth designs were the Cal 20, Cal 22, Cal 27, Cal 33, Cal 39 and Cal 40. All of the Cal designs all proved fast and seaworthy. The Cal 40 was introduced in 1963 and became a very popular racer. The Cal 46 was next. The Cal 2-46 is one of three versions of the 46 foot design. They are the Cal 46, the Cal 2-46 and the Cal 3-46. The differences between the three versions are mostly in interior design. The 3 versions all use the same basic hull. The keel is a modified full keel for sea keeping with a separate spade rudder for maneuverability. The mast is keel stepped. It has a large amidships cabin comprising the saloon and galley, a passageway to starboard, a standup walk-in engine room, an aft masters cabin with two double berths and a head with separate shower. Forward is the guest cabin with V berth and a second full head. Storage abounds through out the boat. The Cal 46s have proven to be fast and strong, developing for them a reputation for being outstanding blue water cruisers. Jensen Marine in Costa Mesa, California built about 145 of the three versions of the Cal 46. If you are interested in learning more about Bill Lapworth and the Cal designs call or email for additional info. This particular Cal 2-46, hull number 124, was built by Jensen Marine in 1974. The owner has owned the boat for about fourteen years and absolutely loves the boat. He has made numerous, very well thought out upgrades. Unfortunately he now feels forced to offer it for sale for health reasons. Some of the more significant hull and rig modifications and upgrades include the addition of custom hard dodger, a custom stern arch, (holding a Boss Boat 10 ft fiberglass unsinkable tender, four solar panels and wind generator) and a fully battened, Profurl in-boom furling mainsail. Other hull and rig additions and upgrades include, complete rerigging with oversized wire and Norseman terminals, the addition of a 55 lb Delta anchor and 350 ft of BBB chain, a Maxwell 2200 windlass, the addition of an inner forestay converting the rig from sloop to cutter, the addition of furling genoa and staysail, both with foam luffs, two 12v primary winches, spinnaker pole, spinnaker, replacement of all house windows with tempered glass plus Lexan storm windows, full cockpit enclosure, (isinglass & screens), and a three blade 26" feathering Max-Prop propeller. Saloon & Galley The saloon and galley comprise the primary living area of the Cal 2-46. Because of the "raised saloon" design and nine large windows, four of which are opening for excellent ventilation, the saloon and galley are truely light and airy. Also the nine "wrap around" windows allows more than 270 degrees of visibility from anywhere in the saloon or galley. The raised saloon design has become very popular with most major sailboat manufacturers now having one or more "raised saloon" design boats in their lineup. The design is now clearly in demand. The saloon and galley woodwork and cabinetry are mostly teak, but other fine quality hardwoods are incorporated into the various cabinets, flooring, framing, etc. The woodwork and joinery in this Cal 2-46 is truly a work of craftsmanship and gleams like new. All of the coach house and hardtop windows are made of 3/8" "shatter proof" tempered glass. In addition, all 9 saloon windows (three front, six side), have protective individual 1/2" thick Lexan storm windows. The two aftmost windows on each side are opening (sliding), windows. (They have Lexan storm windows but they are not in place. They are stowed onboard. The saloon & galley cabin sole is teak and holly lumber, not plywood, screwed, pegged and varnished to a high sheen. The overhead is a soft off white vinyl, matching the settee upholstery. The smaller settee doubles as very secure brace for anyone working in the galley at sea. Headroom throughout the galley is 72". All the windows have sturdy accordian shades, which have two densities. Depending on how much shade is lowered one can conveniently control the amount of light coming in, or the ability to see in or out. Overhead lighting is provided by numerous 12v fixtures each showing red or white light as desired. Three opening overhead hatches help to keep the saloon & galley well ventilated. The saloon is comprised of an "L" shaped settee to port, with a large folding table amidships and a smaller settee to starboard. Both settees have comfortable ,firm 6" thick foam cushions upholstered in a soft off white leather. The space under all the settees and under numberous removable floor panels is available for storage of provisions, tools, spare parts, supplies, etc. Secure handholds are plentyful thru-out the cabin. The galley is comprised of a long Formica countertop, double, deep, stainless steel sinks, a two burner (alcholol & electric), stove, a convection type microwave oven, a well insulated top loading very deep refrigerator, and a well insulated top loading freezer, and multiple cabinets and drawers for utensils, spices, etc. There is a stack of four pull out drawers. In addition, there is a very well designed custom teak plate, dish and glass rack on the forward bulkhead adjacent to the galley. It holds dishes etc very securely and conveniently. It even has a handy space designed to accomodate a full roll of paper towel. A bright brass ship's bell, brass trawler lamp, numerous smaller brass lights, four 12v fans and a convenient bookshelf complete this thoughtfully designed living area in port or at sea. Cabins & heads The Cal 2-46 has two private staterooms each with its own ensuite head. The aft or master cabin is quite large with two double berths, its head with separate shower stall and loads of storage. 46' Jeanneau Sun Odyssey

http://www.yachtworld.com/edwardsyachtsales/

This is a beautiful, classic performance cruiser by Jeanneau. She is a "one owner" boat, owner equipped for serious cruising. Many of these Jenneau 46s are sold for charter use but seldom do you find one purchased, equipped and being cruised by her original owner. The Jeanneau 46s are well designed, well built, fast, easily handled, (even by a short crew) and very responsive and maneuverable. She has a deep fin keel with a bulb. Displacement is a healthy 20, 570 lbs. Ballast is 7100 lbs. The Jeanneau 46s come in two, three and four cabin arrangements. This one is a three cabin, two head version. She comes with several significant pluses over other Jeanneau 46s. She has an oversized 75 HP Yanmar diesel with very low engine hours, about 700 at last check. She has a "tall rig" (plus 1.2 meters), for improved performance, especially upwind. And she is staysail equipped, a rarity on but a very welcome addition to an offshore performance cruiser. All sheets & halyards from the two headsails and the mast are lead thru turning blocks and lead aft to the cockpit. The twin helms, (port & starboard, with instruments at each), are also a welcome design feature. The twin helms give you flexibility in helm position, an unobstructed cockpit, and unobstructed walk-thru transom/swim platform. She sports hydraulic backstay tensioning. She also has abundant storage in truely cavernous lockers inside and out, including a forward sail locker!!, and her two deep refrigeration and freezer compartments. Other very desireable pluses we can't fail to mention, include: Fisher Panda 5 kw generator, (very low hours), two reverse cycle heat & air-conditioning units, five batteries, a three blade, feathering Max-Prop, an asymetrical spinnaker, a spinnaker pole, spinnaker gear, full batten main w Harken track & bearing bat-cars, a robust Harken traveler, a Lewmar 48, electric winch on the cabintop, 2kw radar, chart plotter, nav instruments with repeaters, (both helms & navigation desk), auto-pilot, inverter, electric flush head and a 17" flat screen TV. That's a lot of boat. She won't last long!

http://www.yachtworld.com/edwardsyachtsales

Overview of the Vagabond 47, Classic Bluewater Ketch/Cutter (62 LOA) The William Gardner designed, Vagabond 47 Ketch/Cutter is a world renowned, serious, classic, bluewater cruiser. She is a head turner. When she enters any anchorage or marina her form & function will capture everyone's eye and light passions for truly classic bluewater cruising in style. Her name is "Paradise". She is a one owner boat. Her present owners have lived aboard her, cherished her, maintained her, cruised the Western Atlantic and Caribbean, and raised their family aboard her, from 1984 to present. She is truly a part of their family history, and now she can be a part of yours. She was designed and built by William Gardner for strength, comfort in crossing oceans, short handed sailing ease, and for bluewater stability with performance. Her heavy displacement and ballast, (respectively 40,000 lbs and 12,000 lbs), purposeful full keel and large attached rudder, insure straight-arrow tracking and positive directional control under all circumstances. She has a golden colored solid teak deck which has been very well maintained and is in excellent condition. She carries a strong, functional and very distinguished bow sprit. And her signature transom with dual portlights supports a powered boat-lift platform for the Boston Whaler and doubles as a great loading platform for transferring cargo, crew and provisions, and also serves as a swim and diving gear platform. She is ketch/cutter rigged for the highest possible degree of flexibility in setting and controling sail area and maintaining sail & helm balance. She is easily handled under sail or power by a couple or short-handed crew, in all wind strengths and on all points of sail. Her massive rudder lets her turn on a dime. Inside and below her classic honey colored Asian teak joinery abounds, from the large comfortable main salon and galley, to the two cabins each with an adjoining head. She can sleep a small army of nine. Aboard you will see the amazing care and craftsmanship she was given, from her furniture quality teak and holly sole to the handsome cabinetry and lockers, (which are literally everywhere), to the sculpted teak beams and braces supporting the deck & headliners. Stained glass, large brass barometers, a woodburning fireplace?..its all here. She is equipped with a reliable Perkins model 4-236 85 HP diesel and a Kohler 8 KW diesel generator. She carries 210 gallons for fuel in two tanks and 370 gallons of fresh water in two SS tanks. In addition she can replenish her fresh water supply at anytime with her onboard watermaker, conveniently located beneath the main salon floor. She sports many cruising necessities and conveniences, including two fully interfaced, Raymarine 12 inch, E series chart plotters, 48 nm radar, auto-pilot, 3000 watt inverter, AM/FM/CD with 3 separate power amplifiers and 12 hi-fidelity speakers spread throughout the boat and cockpit, dual heat & air conditioning units, actual wood burning fireplace with chimney, two heads each with a shower, plus a bathtub, 4 oversize reversible, opening hatches, over 20 opening, bronze, portlights, plus an 11 ft fiberglass Boston Whaler tender and a 35 HP outboard carried rigged and ready on the powered boat lift. My friends, if you long to own, sail and live aboard a serious bluewater cruiser, if you long to cross oceans or sail around the world in security, comfort and style, then by all means, come and see this boat. She will capture your heart and imagination. And she will let you realize your dreams of true blue water sailing with security and comfort, and at a truly affordable price.
