Here we like to recommend the class 72525 for spinnaker sails makers and repairs: Long arm medium heavy zigzag sailmaker sewing machine for spinnaker sails and windsurf sails This machine is special designed for professional spinnaker sails makers and repairs. The large clearance room under arm is very useful when sewing windsurfing sail, spinnakers, awnings, boat covers, and wetsuits. This arm is factory cast for strength & stability (Not a cut and piece extended arm), to avoid vibration and noise even sewing heavy boat sails. The stitch length up to 5mm and zigzag width of max.10 mm, all common operations on modern sails can be realized. You can stitch a zig-zag on anything from half ounce ripstop nylon, awnings or the densest high modulus sail cloth, with 134-35 needle from #100 to #140, and thread size V69, V92 & V138. The rear puller set ensures consistent feed, to avoid any material shifting and puckering. The application covers straight stitch, 1-step, 2-step, 3-step, 4-step and 6-step zigzag in production of spinnakers, and up to medium heavy sails.
